Rental BrokerBorn and raised in Antwerp, Belgium, Simke has always known that a career in real estate was her calling. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Artesis Plantijn University College in Antwerp and further expanding her knowledge through studies at ESPI – École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières in Paris, she moved to Marbella in 2023 in pursuit of a sun-filled coastal lifestyle and exciting new opportunities.
Having gained experience across various areas of the real estate industry, Simke has worked closely with both property owners and clients, supporting them through different stages of their real estate journey. She is now proud to be part of the Rental Department at Â鶹ÊÓƵ Brokers, where she supports the team with administrative operations and ensures that all behind-the-scenes processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Fluent in Dutch and English and currently learning Spanish, Simke brings dedication, organization, and enthusiasm to everything she does.
